We sell Ultrathion a form of deet that has been microencapsulated to allow slow release of deet and is effective for up to 12 hours.
There are many good DEET products available in local pharmacies and we recommend a strength of 20-30% for travelers going to areas with disease causing mosquitoes (like malaria). ,but for local pest control a lower strength is sufficient. We believe that Ultrathion is safe for children and do recommend it for pregnant women when the risks of malaria are high.
